Delivery Timeline

Our warehouse team aims to process and ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once in transit, you can expect to receive your order within the following timeframe:

• Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

UK mainland customers should typically receive their orders within 2-3 business days.

Customers located in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man typically receive their orders one day later than mainland customers.

• Priority UK delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24)

UK mainland customers should typically receive their orders up to 1-2 business days.

Customers located in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man typically receive their orders one day later than mainland customers.

General Information

The UK warehouse doesn't currently ship internationally.

Orders are handled by our warehouse partners at The Brand Hangar.

Orders placed before 2pm on a business working day (Monday - Friday) are processed same business day. Any orders placed after 2pm, are processed the next business day.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
